St. George Apple Fest

10:00 AM | Canada, Ontario - St. George downtown
Spend the day and enjoy a rural experience.  Listed as a Top 100 Festival in Ontario (10 years) and winner of the 2018 #GoodTimesinBrant award, St. George Apple Fest is an affordable family outing.  There is everything apple - homemade pies, fresh apples, apple dumplings, apple cider, candied apples. Over 130 vendors display crafts from near and far produce a kaleidoscope of colour as you roam the streets and parks.  Local farm markets display an array of fresh produce and delicious preserves.  Check out our local retail stores for unique gifts and décor. The pungent aroma of crisp, ripe apples from local orchards is in sharp contrast to the sweetness of kettle corn, candied apples and apple dumplings topped with hot caramel sauce.  Local eateries provide a variety - Italian, British pub fare, High Tea & apple fritters. Children’s laughter mingles with music from our Main Stage entertainment.  Savour ice cold beer or a glass of Norfolk County wine in our adjoining Beer Garden.  The children’s entertainment stage, petting zoo, inflatable activities and apple-on-a-string game are children’s favourites. Saturday night enjoy an old-fashioned FREE Street Party, 6–11 pm.  St. George Apple Fest – “Something ‘a-peeling’ for Everyone” It’s not just a festival; it’s an experience woven with the golden threads of community, celebration and the rich bounty of the harvest season.
