Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest is Canada’s largest Bavarian Festival, celebrating German culture, community, and tradition. Held annually in Waterloo Region, it spans four weekends with a vibrant parade, live music, traditional dancing, Bavarian food, and beverages. Oktoberfest Cares initiatives provide free programming like the Thanksgiving Day Parade, Willkommen Platz, and KIDtoberfest. Authentic Festhallen experiences and the official keg-tapping ceremony invite everyone to Be Bavarian. Rooted in community spirit, the Festival unites locals and visitors to experience the spirit of Gemütlichkeit.
