Mississauga ITALFEST is a free two-day annual festival and premier heritage event in Mississauga attracting tourists from throughout Ontario, across Canada and US Border cities. Italfest brings a taste of Italy to visitors by creating the ultimate Italian Festa – a celebration of Italian food, music, wine, art, history, and sports mirroring Ferragosto, Italy’s national August holiday. Italfest presents a unique, cultural experience for everyone featuring emerging and established talent and headline artists direct from Italy. Guests enjoy Celebrity Chefs, a children’s stage, authentic Italian food, artisans, folklore musicians, choirs, and dancers, eating contests, a Heritage Pavilion, DJ s and dance parties.
