Dundas Cactus Festival
Since 1979, Dundas Cactus Festival has been organized by local volunteers and held annually on the 3rd weekend in August and celebrating our 50th Anniversary in 2025. Our FREE festival attracts over 100,000 visitors. It’s a homecoming for the community, a tradition for generations of families loyally returning to relive favorite memories of the Festival, as well as attracting many new visitors each year . The 1 km stretch of King Street in Downtown Dundas is closed for 3 days to host events/activities for all ages, including 4 programmed stages, Licenced Patio, Family Fun Zone and over 150 vendors.
