Ball's Falls Thanksgiving Festival

The Ball's Falls Thanksgiving Festival, hosted by NPCA, began in 1974 at the Ball's Falls Conservation Area. The intention was simple: to raise money for conservation and environmental programs that were not otherwise funded. This remains the purpose of the Festival today. From its humble beginnings as a one-day craft show, the event has become a family tradition for five decades. From the delectable scents to the delicate craftsmanship and delicious foods and drinks, the Ball's Falls Thanksgiving Festival brings together families, neighbors, friends, and the community.
This Annual Thanksgiving Festival hosts 150+ unique craft and artisan vendors, delicious foods, craft beverages and wines, a famers market, live music on the main stage, children's entertainment, historical demonstrations that can be found in the heritage village, and guided nature hikes! Those that visit the four day festival (patrons, staff, and volunteers) not only get to enjoy the festivities of the festival operations, but also the beauty of fall season at Ball's Falls Conservation Area, this including the hiking trails through the Carolinian forest and two natural waterfalls within Twenty Mile Creek.
