Aurora’s Haunted Forest, celebrating its 19th year in 2024, is for all Halloween enthusiasts, thrill-seekers, and brave souls! Sheppard’s Bush Conservation Area is transformed into the ultimate haunted forest experience. Attendees get to explore and wander along eerie trails lined with interactive displays, thrilling haunted cabins, and bone-chilling surprises waiting around every corner.
The experience starts at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex for interactive indoor games and activities before boarding the shuttle bus which takes them over to Sheppard’s Bush. Once they arrive at the bush they start their experience on the Family Trail, an adventure for all ages, filled with light-hearted spooks and captivating scenes. But when you reach the trail split, the choice is yours… will you continue the family-friendly path or dare to venture into the Trail of Terrors? It’s the route for those seeking spine-tingling frights and the promise of unforgettable screams! from those looking to be entertained to those seeking a good thrill and a chill.
Aurora’s Haunted Forest is successful because of the extensive volunteer engagement, extensive community partnerships, expanded inclusivity programming and the extremely passionate efforts for making each of the more then 40 displays and decorated cabins as captivating and as mezmorizing as possible.
