Session Description: This workshop will help you navigate the tricky waters of governance as you gain information, confidence and insights which will ensure you meet corporate requirements, members' needs and organizational leadership.

- To understand the role of bylaws and policies as part of your governance structure
- To understand the difference between bylaws, policies and other 'rules' as part of ONCA and affiliation association requirements
