Session Description: The post-Covid world presents ongoing and new challenges for festivals. This presentation will delineate those challenges which impact festivals today and suggest some strategies to cope with them. Dealing with falling attendance, new demographics and changing patron expectations, festivals will discover new coping mechanisms.
