Goderich Salt and Harvest Festival

Highlighting the festival, the Compass Minerals Concert on Saturday, August 30, features the renowned Finger Eleven, promising an unforgettable evening of dynamic live music. Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival

The 27th Annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle is a non-profit, award-winning blues and jazz festival held in Port Credit, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The three-day outdoor festival features three stages at Port Credit Memorial Park, presenting 60 bands from across Canada and beyond, including over 20 local acts during its free Saturday afternoon street party, the LIUNA Local 183 Street Shuffle, held in the village from 1 to 5 P.M. The park is fully licensed, offers food vendors, an artisan market, two free stages and one ticketed stage, attracting thousands of attendees to the park each day. Supercrawl is a free, three-day arts and music street festival which celebrates the cultures, businesses and creative people in Hamilton's downtown core. Road closures along James Street allow for a variety of programming, including three music stages, art installations, fashion runway, theatre, dance, theatre, author talks, active zone, family zone, street vendors and food trucks.

St. George Apple Fest

Spend the day and enjoy a rural experience.  Listed as a Top 100 Festival in Ontario (10 years) and winner of the 2018 #GoodTimesinBrant award, St. George Apple Fest is an affordable family outing.  There is everything apple - homemade pies, fresh apples, apple dumplings, apple cider, candied apples. Over 130 vendors display crafts from near and far produce a kaleidoscope of colour as you roam the streets and parks.  Local farm markets display an array of fresh produce and delicious preserves.  Check out our local retail stores for unique gifts and décor. The pungent aroma of crisp, ripe apples from local orchards is in sharp contrast to the sweetness of kettle corn, candied apples and apple dumplings topped with hot caramel sauce.  Local eateries provide a variety - Italian, British pub fare, High Tea & apple fritters. Children’s laughter mingles with music from our Main Stage entertainment.  Savour ice cold beer or a glass of Norfolk County wine in our adjoining Beer Garden.  The children’s entertainment stage, petting zoo, inflatable activities and apple-on-a-string game are children’s favourites. Saturday night enjoy an old-fashioned FREE Street Party, 6–11 pm.  St. George Apple Fest – “Something ‘a-peeling’ for Everyone” It’s not just a festival; it’s an experience woven with the golden threads of community, celebration and the rich bounty of the harvest season.
