Concerts on the Canal — a free, family‑friendly outdoor music series set against the beautiful backdrop of the canal at the Merritt Park Amphitheatre. The series returns for 2026 with six evenings of live music showcasing a mix of local and regional talent from June through September. The events continue to offer beautiful canal views, a lively open‑air atmosphere, and something for all ages. Be part of an exciting summer filled with unforgettable performances, community connection, and behind‑the‑scenes fun.

The City of Welland, Niagara’s Classic Rock 91.7 Giant FM, and New Country 89.1 are thrilled to present the Summer 2026 Concerts on the Canal Series—and you’re invited to the big kickoff! We’re starting the season strong with special guest, Phil Davis, and an unforgettable night of live music on the water:

- FREE nearby parking available at the Welland Farmers Market (70 Young St)
