Buy Fresh Ontario garlic, taste delicious garlic-themed food prepared by local chefs paired with craft beer, wine and garlic cocktails. Roasted garlic and rosemary gelato and more wondrous creations by local chocolatiers. Plus, black garlic, pickled garlic scapes, garlic jelly, garlic dill pickles, garlic braids, garlic pesto, and several types of Ontario-made condiments. Fascinating presentations throughout the day. Admission: $5.00. Free for children under 12. Price includes FREE access to talks, presentations and activities, including the Festival Garlic Poet Laureate, The Garlic Breath Contest, The Garlic Shot Station and food cooking demos.
