ABOUT THE EVENT / PROMOTION
The 2024 Hamilton Walk for Down Syndrome is a free community awareness and fundraising campaign. The Walk raises annual funds for The Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton.The Hamilton Walk for Down Syndrome is the city's most significant fundraising initiative and a key community awareness event supporting The Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton (DSAH).
Anyone can create a team! Teams raise funds online during the fundraising campaign that kicks off in July and spans several weeks. It's an inclusive event open to everyone!
Our annual fundraising campaign concludes with a FREE community gathering at Bayfront Park on Sunday, September 22nd, featuring our signature 1.2 km walk, along with activities, entertainment, raffle prizes, special guests, and much more!
