Creemore Festival of the Arts is presented by Purple Hills Arts & Heritage Society, in partnership with the Small Halls Festival. View the artist locations map and details at www.phahs.ca. All events are subject to change as per the Purple Hills Arts & Heritage Society and are organized independently by a group of dedicated volunteers. The promotional discount does not apply to these events.

October 1 & 2, 2022

Artists on Location: Interact with over 75 established and emerging regional artists showcasing their recent works in venues in and around Creemore. Free admission, with special thanks to members and supporters.

Kids' Crafts Cabin: Engage your kids, ages 0-12yrs in a wide variety of arts and heritage activities at our five fun stations. Explore sensory actvivities, Loose Parts, old newspapers and sewing buttons. Drop in, stay as long as you like! 1pm-4pm. Creemore Log Cabin is located at 151 Library St., Creemore. D

Martha's Amazing Art Project: Add your brushstrokes to help create an incredible public masterpiece. Located outside next to the Creemore Apothecary, Mill Street & Caroline Street E. Free participation with special thanks to members and supporters.

DRAG it out with Justine, A Drag 101 Presentation: Noon to 1:30pm, at the Creemore Legion Lounge, 27 Wellington St. W., Creemore. Pay by donation (Minimum age is 13 years and older).

Members and Artists Reception from 5-7pm at the Station on the Green. Become a Member and join us for this exclusive reception.

October 2, 2022

Notorious Cree: Indigenous Hoop Dance performance by celebrated artist and social media sensation, James Jones, of Tallcree First Nation in Alberta. Performance is happening on the new Creemore Village Green Stage, 181 Mill St. from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Free admission.

Black on the Bruce. Storyteller Zwena Gray will engage you in her ongoing journey along the Bruce Trail, highlighting some of the Trail's historical roots in the Underground Railroad, and how she's creating a diverse and inclusive hiking community. Starts at 2pm at the Mad River Park, Mill Street and George Street. Free thanks to members.
