ABOUT THE EVENT / PROMOTION
This Saturday November 23, the 1000-foot CPKC Holiday Train rolls into Hamilton at 7:30 p.m. with 14 brightly decorated rail cars to the south side of Gage Park, at 50 Lawrence Road. Free, family friendly concert from 8 pm to 8:40 pm with performances by American Authors and KT Tunstall. The Holiday Train event raises money, food and awareness for people struggling with food insecurity. Hamilton Food Share will be on site collecting food and cash donations. Be sure to bring along non-perishable contributions such as tuna, beans, rice, pasta, cereal, baby food and diapers to the event.
