Clearview Township is currently seeking a permanent full-time Tourism & Events Coordinator in the Parks & Recreation Division.

Reporting to the Manager of Parks and Recreation, the Tourism and Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall coordination, and profitability of events in Clearview Township. This is a creative position, sometimes allowing opportunities for testing new ideas and themes. They are also responsible for program/event development, sustainability, volunteer support and recruitment. This position may delegate many tasks and work collaboratively with departmental staff.

The Tourism & Events Coordinator will guide and provide oversight to all activities within the assigned tourism program and studies, including publications, marketing & communications, and development. They are responsible for the assigned tourism program's budget and project management, as well as leading and coordinating the work of staff, contractors/consultants, contracts, and vendors.
