Celebrate Canada Day in Barrie!
On July 1st, the City of Barrie proudly celebrates Canada Day with a full day of family fun and community spirit!
Canada Day On the Move brings travelling pop-up celebrations to two neighbourhood parks in Barrie, where attendees can enjoy interactive games, activities and much more. Centennial Park will once again feature a pop-up Food Truck Festival with a variety of delicious eats, a performance by the Ultimutts Animal Actor Show as well as entertainment and more! The evening concludes with a spectacular firework display over Barrie's Beautiful Waterfront. The event is generously supported by Tim Hortons, Alectra and Shoreview Rentals.
POP UP EVENTS:
Park 1 - Lampman Lane Park from 10am to 1pm
Park 2 - Painswick Park from 3pm to 6pm
Activities include a display from Scales Nature Park, DJ, Inflatables, Games, Art and Much More.
FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL & FAMILY FUN
Centennial Park from 12pm to 10pm
Enjoy delicious treats and refreshments from a variety of food trucks, a performance by the Ultimutts Animal Actor Show, and so much more activities and entertainment for everyone of all ages to enjoy!
